Glen T. Douglas

Lifelong Lincoln County. Decades of Service. Ready to Lead.

“No gray area — only the truth in black and white.”

A Lincoln County Story

Born and raised in Lincoln County. A 1988 graduate of Lincoln County High School. A husband, father, grandfather, firefighter, deputy, appraiser, and county commissioner. Glen knows our county because he’s lived it — and he’s ready to lead it.

1 Transparency

An open, accessible county government that answers to the people it serves. No gray area — just honest, accountable leadership.

2 Public Safety

Decades of service as a volunteer firefighter, jail sergeant, and reserve deputy. Glen will continue to back the men and women who keep Lincoln County safe.

3 Strong Communication

Better online tools and clearer communication so residents always know what their county government is doing — and why.

4 Local Voice in Nashville

As Vice President for Middle Tennessee on the TCCA Executive Board, Glen already brings Lincoln County’s voice to the state level.

“Transparency isn’t just a campaign slogan — it’s a responsibility. As mayor, I want to make sure our county government remains open, accessible, and accountable to the people it serves. Lincoln County deserves leadership that listens, communicates clearly, and focuses on getting things done.” — Glen T. Douglas
